How can you deal with negativity?...

How can you pray?

Have you ever wondered how you can deal with negative people or negativity in life? Well, it's so simple, but your concentration is needed. Simply follow the three steps below.

Step 1: Focus on yourselfIt doesn't matter what happens to your life, but what matters is what you do with what happens. You are supposed to focus on yourself rather than on the circumstances you have in life. Extra focus on circumstances always makes you negative. You are a changed person every single moment and so are your circumstances. When you raise your energy level, a little bit more, you can see that your circumstances do change. This happens because you are always the creator of your reality. You are blessed with Bioplasticity, which means you can self regulate your biochemistry. You can bring necessary changes into how your system works, on demand. When you face negativity, you are capable of taking yourself away from that. Focus on something else. As you do on your smart phone, you can install only the Apps that keep you positive and uninstall every single App that is negative, in yourself. Start your day with a 5- minute meditation in which you instill yourself with positivity.  Know that your brain is the software system where you can program the life you want. At the time when you face disturbance from the negative people, you have to tell them, looking in their eyes that they are absolutely wrong and they need some help. Tell them that you still love them no matter how they behave at you. Love is a powerful weapon with which you can conquer the whole World

Step 2: Never try to resist the Negative people: If you try to resist the negativity or negative people, you are also getting negatively polarized. It makes the matter worse, strengthening the total negativity. Tell them what you have to tell looking them in eyes and add that you can only love them and instead of feeding their negativity just remove yourself from the situation. The spark of love from you may or may not change their behavior but you don't have to get worried about it.  Understand that your circumstances are the issue. Not you. Change your mood listening to some music or going for a walk or doing something you like the most. It's pretty difficult to change the negative people as they are firmly stuck in the weird reality they have made for themselves. Know that you don't have anything to do with their reality. What you can do is change yourself and this is how you can change them. Throw them away out of your life forever as you do with a piece of rubbish. Understand the fact that some people have to take many different birth cycles of the same level of consciousness to correct their entropy and put themselves on the right track. Whatever happens, your lessons are repeated until you get them corrected and this is how life works.

Step 3: A shift in life: You have to forgive the negativity or negative people you have had. Practice forgivenessWhatever happens to you, be it good or bad, you have to take it as the stepping stone for the next level. Never get stuck on the same step with feelings, because your feelings eventually become your reality. Use love as your tool to function. Change what doesn't work for you to what does. Love, like God, is infinite and that's what you have, to deal with any negativity.

Mastering Positivity

Negativity is an unavoidable part of life, and encountering negative people is something we all experience at some point. Whether it's a pessimistic coworker, a critical family member, or a chronically negative friend, dealing with negativity can be challenging. However, by understanding the psychology behind negative behavior and implementing effective strategies, you can maintain your positivity and even help others see the brighter side of life. In this article, we will explore valuable insights on how to deal with negative people while maintaining your own well-being.

1. Self-awareness is Key

Before addressing negativity in others, it's essential to reflect on your own reactions and emotions. Self-awareness allows you to approach negative situations with a clear mind and empathy. Recognize how negativity affects you personally and how you tend to react to it. By acknowledging your emotions, you can better manage them when dealing with negative people.

2. Don't Take It Personally

Negative people often project their own insecurities and issues onto others. Remember that their negativity is not a reflection of your worth or abilities. Instead of taking their comments to heart, try to view their behavior as a reflection of their internal struggles.

3. Empathize and Listen

Empathy can be a powerful tool in dealing with negative individuals. Listen actively to their concerns and try to understand their perspective. Sometimes, negative people just need someone to lend an ear and validate their feelings. By showing empathy, you can defuse tense situations and foster a more positive atmosphere.

4. Set Boundaries

It's crucial to establish boundaries when dealing with consistently negative people. Politely but firmly let them know when their negativity is affecting your well-being. By setting limits on the time and energy you invest in such interactions, you protect your own positivity.

5. Offer Solutions

When appropriate, suggest solutions to the issues that are causing negativity. Negative individuals might not be aware of alternatives or may feel stuck in their situation. Offering constructive advice can help them see that there are ways to address their concerns positively.

6. Focus on Positivity

Maintaining your own positivity is essential when dealing with negative people. Surround yourself with uplifting influences, engage in activities you enjoy, and practice gratitude daily. A positive mindset can be contagious and can influence those around you, including negative individuals.

7. Avoid Reacting Emotionally

Negative people may try to provoke emotional reactions. Instead of reacting emotionally, respond calmly and rationally. This not only helps you maintain control of the situation but also sets a positive example for the other person.

8. Choose Your Battles

Not every negative comment or situation requires a response. Sometimes, it's best to let minor negativity slide and focus your energy on more significant issues. Picking your battles wisely can help you avoid unnecessary conflict.

9. Seek Support

Dealing with negative people can be emotionally draining. Don't hesitate to seek support from friends, family, or a therapist when needed. Talking about your experiences and feelings can provide valuable insights and emotional relief.

Negativity is a part of life, but it doesn't have to control your outlook or well-being. By practicing self-awareness, empathy, and maintaining a positive mindset, you can effectively deal with negative people while preserving your own mental and emotional health. Remember that you have the power to influence the atmosphere around you, and your positivity can be a beacon of hope for those trapped in negativity.
